- Refunds for Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional conditions:
- Duplicate payments caused by a technical error.
- Services not activated after successful payment.
- Genuine disputes related to service delivery, as evaluated by our support team.
- How to Request a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of payment. To request a refund, provide the following:

- Cancellation Policy:

- Account Cancellation: Users can cancel or deactivate their accounts by navigating to the "Account Settings" section. Once cancelled, all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
- Membership Cancellation: Premium memberships can be cancelled at any time, but the services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation of membership does not qualify for a refund unless specified under the refund policy above.
