    • Duplicate payments caused by a technical error.
    • Services not activated after successful payment.
    • Genuine disputes related to service delivery, as evaluated by our support team.

  • Membership Cancellation: Premium memberships can be cancelled at any time, but the services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation of membership does not qualify for a refund unless specified under the refund policy above.
